For new boxers and form refreshers. Stance, footwork, jab, cross, hook, slip, roll. No combos until you've got the fundamentals. Coaches actively correct posture.
Light contact sparring, advanced combos, ring work. Not your first class. Headgear required, mouthguard provided. Coach-supervised, no egos.
